What
we are
Graph-Racing, LLC was formed in March 2001
to acquire and race thoroughbreds horses under the direction of Jerry
Brown of Thoro-Graph, who manages all racing related operations. Roger
Neubauer manages investor relations. Racing as Rising Graph Stable,
Graph-Racing does not invest in unraced stock, but focuses on investing
in racing prospects through claims and private purchases, and allows
owners to diversify and participate in the ownership of multiple horses.
Unlike many advisers to racing ventures, Graph-Racing does not receive any fees based on the purchase price of any thoroughbred. All commissions are based on race track earnings and dispersal value.
