Roger Neubauer has been involved in thoroughbred racing since 1984 as an owner, author, and handicapper. In the corporate world, Roger has served as a management consultant to many Fortune 500 Companies including Mellon Financial Services, Disney Consumer Products, and Computer Sciences Corporation.

 

Who we are
Jerry Brown started as a professional handicapper using Len Ragozin's data, and in 1979 managed the Dennis J. Heard Racing Stable to a 3rd place finish in the nation in races won. Jerry left Ragozin and formed Thoro-Graph in 1981. Since then, he has been responsible for the claim or purchase of 77 horses that have gone on to win stakes for his clients. While advising Prestonwood Farm, Jerry was responsible for the purchase of two-time Breeders' Cup Mile winner Da Hoss, Belmont Stakes winner and Champion Older Horse Victory Gallop, leading sire Distorted Humor, and many other top race horses.
